With the method of sandblasting, particles are being projected onto the metallic surface to be cleaned (coper slag). As an outcome we have iron oxide rust removed and the surface fully cleaned.
The main advantage of sandlasting is that it makes the surfaced that has been applied onto rough, making this way the process of painting easy and of excellent quality(layers of paint are better attached on rough/harsh surfaces).
